ENACCS Communications Inc. ("ENACCS", "we", "us") runs this website. This notice explains what information we collect through it and how we use it.

What we collect

What you send us. When you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, company, email address, phone number, the topic you chose and your message.
Basic server logs. Our web host records technical details of each visit, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. These are used only to keep the site running and secure.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not load fonts, scripts or analytics from other companies.

How we use it

We use what you send us only to reply to you, to prepare an assessment or demo you asked for, and to keep a record of our conversation. If you asked for product news, we will email you about new ENACCS products; you can ask us to stop at any time.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run this website and our email (such as our web host), and when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages for as long as needed to respond and to manage our business relationship with you, and then delete them. Server logs are kept for a limited time by our web host.

Security

The website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and messages are delivered to a mailbox that only ENACCS staff can access.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop emailing you. Email noc@enaccs.com.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
